How Does the Home Buyers Rebate Program work?

For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where Buy Home Direct has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, Buy Home Direct will rebate to the buyer 1/3 (one third) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.0% of the final sales price) paid to Buy Home Direct at the at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.

For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of less than $100,000 where Buy Home Direct has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, Buy Home Direct will rebate to the buyer a flat rate of $500. at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.
